Take That Package
£45 per person | Bottomless Spritzes & Nachos Grande

1. Booking
• All bookings must be made in advance through our website.
• Payment is taken in full at the time of booking.
• This package is priced at £45 per person.
• All guests seated at the table must be participating in the package. Non-participating guests are not permitted to sit with the group during the session.
• Guests must be 18 years of age or older to participate. Valid ID may be requested.
• Table allocation is managed on a first come, first served basis. If you have a seating preference, please contact our Stratford team in advance and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Please note that we are unable to guarantee specific tables or sections.

2. Duration & Timekeeping
• The package runs for a maximum of 2 hours per booking.
• The 2-hour period begins at the guest’s scheduled booking time, regardless of arrival.
• Late arrivals will not receive additional time.
• The package cannot be paused, extended, or transferred.

3. Drinks
• The Bottomless element is limited to the following three options: Aperol Spritz, Hugo Spritz, and Prosecco.
• No other drinks are included in this package, unless you decide to stop drinking alcohol, please see below.
• Guests must finish their current drink before ordering the next one.
• Once a drink is finished, guests may order their next. Please allow time for drinks to be prepared and served.
• Drinks will not be served in advance of the previous drink being finished.
• Guests who choose to stop consuming alcohol may switch to soda on tap or homemade lemonade for the remainder of their session. No food substitutions are permitted in place of drinks.

4. Nachos Grande
• One Nachos Grande is included per every 2 guests.
• Allocations are based on the total number of guests in the booking and are rounded up for odd-numbered groups.
• For example, a group of 3 guests will receive 2 Nachos Grandes.
• Nachos are served as standard and cannot be modified or substituted.
• Additional food items are not included in the package price.

5. Cancellations & Refunds
• Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the booking start time are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 72 hours of the booking start time are non-refundable.
• No-shows are non-refundable.
• Bookings are non-transferable.

6. General
• Management reserves the right to refuse service or remove guests who are disruptive, intoxicated on arrival, or in breach of venue rules. No refund will be issued in these circumstances.
• We operate a Challenge 25 policy. Valid photo ID may be requested at any time.
• These terms and conditions are subject to change. The version in place at the time of booking will apply.
